For beanies, scarves and stubby holders the minimum order quantity is 50.  For bucket hats and caps the the MOQ is 25pcs.

We have approximately 50 stock colours on hand but if you need something specific we match PMS/Pantone colours and dye yarn.

Yes you can. We charge $55 to get a sample made and sent to your door.

Definitely. If you can’t find what you’re after on our website, give us a call or email us. Send through a description, image or sketch explaining your idea and our designs will send back some mockups of your design. If you want a specific font used for the knitted text, let us know. In most cases we can get it on the beanie or hat.

The mock-up generator may not work on some devices. Email us ideas and a logo, and we will do the design for you.

Once your order is confirmed, it should be at your door in about 4 weeks.

Generally, the bigger the order, the more room for discounts.  Feel free to ask us.

Payment can usually be made by bank transfer.  Generally we ask for 50% payment to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% on receipt of the shipment.  If anything goes wrong we will do our best to make it right.  We have hundreds of return customers, and most of our customers come from word-of mouth, so we know how important it is to make every customer happy.

Yes, we can send free samples of previous products we have made. This will allow you to check size and quality. If you would like a custom sample of your design, there will be a small charge.
